At Swiss Pedicare, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
1. Delivery Area
We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates only.
International shipping is not available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We work with a professional courier service to ensure fast and secure delivery.
- Same-day delivery (Dubai only): within 4 hours (if available)
- Next-day delivery: available across most Emirates
- Remote areas: delivery within 2–3 days (scheduled routes)
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Same-day deliveries include 1 delivery attempt
- Next-day and standard deliveries include up to 3 attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, the order may be returned to origin (RTO) and additional charges may apply.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returns (RTO)
If a delivery fails after the allowed attempts:
- The order will be returned to the sender
- The full delivery fee will still be charged
- A new delivery requires a new order
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at:

We may request photo evidence and will assist you with a replacement or solution.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (if available).
9. Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
For payments collected via delivery, a processing fee may apply as per the courier’s terms.
10. Service Provider
Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner.
